It's always fascinating to see how real estate agents do content. Their product is, of course, highly visual. But combining the visual with rich, valuable editorial content is the sweet spot for potential buyers.
A few weeks ago, we saw on YouTube an agent who published a video tour. The good thing was that he'd found a good platform for his listing. What was not so great is that he simply fired up his camera phone and took video shots of an empty house. He hadn't taken the time to script his walk-thru which would have made a better user experience for potential buyers - especially since the house was empty.
A little content strategy goes a long way in connecting with audiences.
