It's nice to see this iris has taken root and is blooming. I got these and more plus ditch lilies, and a few hostas from an old neighbor, we used to live by in the Hilbert Wisconsin area.

First day out of their to small for them totes. They grew so fast, I had to separate the 10 of them. 6 in the larger tote, 4 in the smaller tote. They grew out of that now too! Time to put them in thier new growing out pen outside on the grass.
Yesterday the temperature was sunny and 80° last night it dropped down to 49° They were huddled together under a heat lamp and heating plate. That was the story for all day today. Rainy, temperature really cooled off. Gotta love Wisconsin weather. It changes by the hour. Just when you think the weather has changed to warm...it turns to winter again! YUCK. COME BACK SUNNY AND 80'S

This was something I came up with, years back, before I found out I had a brain tumor. I found this pinecone covered cross in our old camper one . Day. Decided it was time to finish it. I hadn't worked on it for years.😔I didn't have the want to do much crafting or painting like I usually had done before the tumor. Thought I had lost that, but it came back.. YAY! NOW I'm back at it. I do alot of walking too now, which is something newer. I did walk before that tumor, but after all was said and done, walked alot more, which lead to my 164lb weight loss. 😃. I'm going to finish painting that cross today after my chicken chores and morning 🚶‍♀️. Been saying that since I started painting it again. 😊 I will show the finished product when I'm done.😉
Just wanted to add that this cross was made with metal from back when we ( Rob & I Lynn) owned our sheet metal shop. It was part of our garden art department. ☺️
