I wanted to introduce a project to all of you…It’s been almost exactly 2 years since I started full time in video production. To say it’s been an amazing ride is an understatement. This passion has taken me all over the world…from British Columbia, to Alberta, Alaska, Mexico and even Africa.

Even when you love what you do it’s easy to get caught up in the grind. I love all the client work I do and could not be more thankful. I've never had even one day without work in front of me. It's all God. I've also realized though, that in these two years, I haven’t done even one passion project. That’s unacceptable considering that is how this whole journey began. This film is exactly that.

Do you ever get the feeling that life is just moving too fast? That we're just too busy? We all have goals, dreams, and aspirations. These are all great things. Ambition is good! Speaking from experience though, sometimes we get so caught up in chasing the next thing that we actually miss the present. I heard a wise man once say, "wherever you are, be there." This is something I struggle with at times.

I don't want to be so concerned with the future, that one day I look behind me and see that my girls are all grown up. I want to "be there" for everything. After all, the present is where life is actually lived.

This film is simply a reminder to slow down and to recognize the beauty in each present moment.

Be Still and know that He is God.
