Another week of quality conversations.
Most of these calls I made this week weren’t from any new prospects/leads. These were mostly follow up calls.
Keep this in mind during those first few times of cold calling an expired or cancelled listing… the may not have answered the phone on that first call/text/email, but they might answer on the 4th or 5th.

Also, stay tuned for what ended up in my garage on Mother’s Day! 😳

Every parent out there knows that there are approximately 568 things that go on in that last month of the school year and I am in the thick of it!

Last week was a tough one for me….
Mr. Neff was out of town all week for work which meant I was running all of the errands and wearing a lot of hats. The good I’m pulling from the week was that I did yard work without breaking anything which is a first for me. 🤗
