Hitting a major wall in my workouts. I guess after 6.5 years of going crazy for 5 days a week my body is transitioning into needing more rest. Time to take the kitchen more seriously and the rest days as well. I’ll bust through it with just showing up everyday and making it a priority to do what I can. Today was a very short workout. I lasted 15 min of a planned 45min session. I’m just DAMN TIRED. Not giving up though. There is always tomorrow because I gave everything I had today.
