The older I get, the more I realize my favorite camp setup isn’t necessarily the most expensive one.

It’s the setup that gets me outside more often.

A rooftop tent means I can decide on Friday afternoon to disappear into the mountains for the weekend. Storage cases mean I spend less time searching for gear and more time around the campfire. A 270 awning means I can sit outside whether it’s blazing hot or pouring rain.

⚠️None of this stuff is necessary to enjoy the outdoors. Some of my best memories were made with the bare minimum.

But these are the pieces of gear that have helped me camp more comfortably and more often.
