Noble Verjus for all your cooking needs:

Also known as verjuice, verjus is the pressed juice of unripened grapes. While acidic, it has a gentler, more rounded flavor than vinegar, offering a sweet-tart brightness that enhances sauces, mustards, and countless other dishes.

A classic culinary ingredient rooted in wine-producing regions, verjus is wonderfully versatile. It’s often used to deglaze sauté pans, but it can just as easily lend freshness to sauces, serve as a poaching liquid for fish, or season vegetables, fruits, and salads.

The high-acid, low-sugar grapes, winemakers thin from their vines as the crop begins to ripen. These unripe grapes are pressed into verjus. Unlike wine, however, verjus is not fermented and contains no alcohol, so it complements food and wine pairings without altering the flavor of the wine in your glass.

*Cleanco Spirit Apple Vodka

Recipe
Add 2 oz Clean V,
4 oz Sheffield Cider and
1 dash Citrus Bitters into a goblet. Stir 1 tsp honey into goblet, add ice. If desired add fresh slice of apple or a cinnamon stick. Can be served warm.
