I am going to post a little different today.

Usually I only post one house at a time or some highlights. Today I am sharing two house multiple photos from each. Why?

Consistency! Anyone can pick up a camera and be a “photographer” Any one can use their cell phone and grab some video. Constantly turning out high quality images and video is something different. It is not walking in with just your camera and taking some single frame exposures and leaving. I wish it was that simple.

It is showing up to any house with the equipment needed to tackle every home. All homes are different, all have different lighting, staging, and situations, pets, homeowners, etc. being prepared for all of them so when it is appointment time you are able to get the best media possible regardless of the situation is what professionalism is.

A photo drop from a recent STR session we had!! Sometimes capturing the details is what it is all about. This session turned out over 100 photos for this session, capturing all the amenities of the property, towels, games, and views.

These session are shot different because they serve a different purpouse then your standard MLS photos!!

Few little teaser photos from this luxury waterfront home!! Sometimes we just let the photos speak for themselves, no weird angles, no funky random close ups of items not staying with the home. Just clean, clear, color correct photos, no flash shadows, no unsaturated yellows and blues, no weird reflections. Just simple clean photos that bring people through the door!!

Loved everything about this home!! The waterfront views, the HUGE master bathroom, The cozy living room and SUNROOM fireplaces. This property offers so much. Over an acre of waterfront, seperate studio, private dock, boat lift.

WIll not last long at all.

Guess who got out to Bluewater Rise and got to grab some media?

We did!!

We went out to and grabbed some great content for these new constructions homes by A. Sydes Construction!! Always fun. They have definitely updated some floor plans and it shows.
