The Petersburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated proudly congratulates our PAC member, Lachanda Lee, on her appointment by Governor Abigail Spanberger to serve on the State Board of Social Services!

Lachanda currently serves as Director of Human Resources for Dinwiddie County Government, and this distinguished appointment is another testament to her leadership, professionalism, dedication, and commitment to public service.
