Today, my friend Delegate Lamont Bagby suspended his campaign for Congress in Virginia’s 4th District and is endorsing Senator Jennifer McClellan.

4th District Voters, did you vote for our Late Great Congressman Donald McEachin? If you did, then you can now vote for Senator Jennifer McClellan to be the Democratic Nominee to fill his Congressional seat. I am asking you to vote for Jennifer McClellan to be our democratic nominee in this special election.

It's less than a week away so make sure you put it on your schedule to vote in-person. You can vote at one of these 5 locations THIS Tuesday, December 20th from 6am-7pm. Save this image to your phone and decide which location you will go to, to place your vote.

Yep, Yep, Yep ... It's that time again. Ohhhhhh, you didn't think COVID would stop us from JumPing In did you?? The 2021 Annual JPJF Giving Tree Application is OPEN. As usual, we expect there to be a lot of JumPers on the Giving Tree this year, so get your application in. Applications are open from Oct 4-22, the deadline will NOT be extended. When completing the application, know that the following information will be available to the public: First name/Last initial, Age, Gender, Medical Diagnosis, About Me & Gift Card Options. Make sure everything is spelled correctly and your answer is clear and easy to understand.

JP’s Law allows a specific code on a Virginia ID or driver’s license to alert police officers that the cardholder has Autism or an intellectual disability.

Thanks Shelby Brown - WTVR CBS 6 for a FANTASTIC SEGMENT on JPs Law/SB367 and our continued push to make it a National Law. Law Enforcement needs JPs Law training to be mandatory.

Enjoy this news coverage and help us with the push to bring more awareness to this proactive law for those with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. 6yrs after this Law was passed, and after DC adopted it in 2019, we are still dealing with unlawful killing of blacks by people who claim to be police officers.

Let's push this legislation to the next level and to other states. Let's do it in honor of our loved ones, not in memory of them.

We are . Please donate to help with legal fees for Matthew Rushin. He is a young man with Autism who drives. He got into a terrible car accident and was sentenced to 50yrs with 40yrs suspended which means he has to serve 10yrs. They are saying that he used the vehicle as a weapon and was trying to kill himself but that is far from the truth. He did not have a JPs Law/SB367 ID. I firmly believe had he had a JPs Law ID this would have been handled differently. Jail for 10yrs is NO PLACE for this young man with Autism. We need a GOOD ATTORNEY who is aware of Autism to represent him and bring him home. I am asking you to donate anything to help with his legal fees. His mom Lavern GTgyal, Teresa L. "JP's Law" designating license code for those with autism takes effect in Washington, D.C.

Share with your state legislators and ask them to do the same.

That code alerts police officers that the cardholder has Autism or an intellectual disability. In 2014, JP’s Law became a reality in Virginia.
