Some shots from last night's Ecstatic Dance in Richmond 📸

Michael kicked off the evening with a card pull from the Classical Mythology Deck: Dionysos, the God of Ecstasy.

Xander then led the group through a guided meditation and a hugging workshop.

Then DJ Doc Watson dropped the beats, and we got our dance on!

Our first Monthly Spiritual Group of the year was a huge success!

Thank you to all who came out 😊

We started with a Heartstorm, consciously connecting with one another around our passions for support and encouragement and then transitioned into a deep shamanic breathwork session facilitated by Michael Boothby for individual and collective release and spiritual growth.

We will be hosting another event next month that will most likely be an ecstatic dance.

We're excited to be creating more conscious community here in RVA.

What is a Heartstorm?

Unlike brainstorming, which focuses on the mind, heartstorming connects us to the wisdom and creativity of our hearts. It’s a space to dive deeply into our passions, connect authentically with others, and explore the boundless potential within ourselves. It’s about feeling, creating, and awakening from the heart.

What to Expect:

Conscious Connection: Engage in exercises designed to open your heart and mind, allowing for a flow of creative and authentic interactions.

Creative Empowerment: Dive deep into your passions, explore new ideas, and share your visions in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Spiritual Awakening: Close the session with a transformative breathwork led by Michael Boothby, guiding you to release, rejuvenate, and realign with your highest self.

Join us for an evening where you can explore your creativity, meet like-minded individuals, and find new paths to spiritual clarity.

Quick update: we had an amazing 2023 festival season! Going into the winter, we will be making a website and starting to book festivals for 2024!

We will also be expanding to cover local events!
