Meet Ruffles and Fefe, adorable sisters who have spent their entire lives side by side! At 3 years old, these kitties are finally starting to come out of their shells, especially when catnip is involved! They came to the shelter after the passing of their owner. One of his final wishes was that these two remain together — a promise 2nd Chance Animal Rescue is hopeful they can honor. Help us find a loving home for these two!

Denise and Steve are about to rent a unit in a new building and the office admin mentioned that if they had an “emotional support animal” certificate for their dog, they could avoid the $800 a year pet fee. She looked into it, and it’s just a $75 certificate and they don’t need to provide anything besides an online form saying that their dog gives them comfort. She says lets go for it, he thinks it’s ethically wrong. What do you think?
