POP Goes The World is in Friday 3-5 PM!

Continuing our several weeks of pre-recorded shows while we get our new building up and running, POP Goes The World will continue it's run back of some of my favorite "Best Of" shows.
This week we'll go back to when I was doing the Tuesday night 11p.m.-1a.m. time slot, and run back my Best of 2013 show.
I'm really digging seeing the evolution of the POP Goes The World musical aesthetic, and seeing how many of these songs have held up over the years.
I thought the songs of last weeks run back of my "Best of 2021" show have held up extremely well. But that was only 4 years ago.
Now were going to take a huge 12 year musical leap, and see how these songs have held up.

Alternative Milestones for 1/2/26:

• 1981 – David Bowie released the title track as the 3rd single from his 14th album Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps)
• 1986 – Fine Young Cannibals released their version of Elvis Presley’s Suspicious Minds as the 2nd single from their self-titled debut album
• 2021 – British producer Steve Brown died at the age of 62, a short time after a fall at his home.
