Hit-and-Run Investigation

The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle involved in a serious hit-and-run crash that occurred on June 15th and left the victim in critical condition.

Crash Investigators are looking for a black vehicle with Ohio registration that was last seen traveling westbound on North C Street from North 14th Street at approximately 1:50 PM.

At this time, investigators do not have a quality photo of the vehicle to share and are asking for the public’s help in identifying it.

Investigators are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash, observed the vehicle, or has surveillance or dash camera footage from the area around that time to contact the Richmond Police Department.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Richmond Police Department Crash Investigators at 765-983-7249.
