Grieving comes in different phases

1.Denial- Not accepting of what took place
2.Anger- Being upset at what happened
3.Bargaining- Trying to figure out ways you could have changed what happened.
4.Depression- Not feeling well mentally and shutting down
5.Acceptance- Finally coming to terms with what happened and finding ways to move on.

Right now I’m depressed about things that took place n my life. Death is a hard thing to deal with and I’ve had a lot of deaths within the last few years. But soon I will feel better and be able to show up more for my folks again.
