Hey JuiceLifers — Just a quick update to say we’ll be closed today, Monday, July 14th, for a much-needed maintenance and recharge day.

After a whirlwind weekend (and a reminder from the Most High and my own body), I’m taking this day to slow down, tend to some behind-the-scenes things, and rest.

Happy Friday Juice Fam! We were aiming for a soft opening this weekend… but after a deep breath (and a beautiful Juneteenth yoga flow in this magical space), we’ve decided to push the pause button just a little longer.

Not because we’re not ready in spirit—but because we want to show up fully when we open these doors. That means making sure the fridge is stocked, the vibes are right, and that you get the full Juice Life RVA experience the way it’s meant to be served: cold, fresh, and full of love.

✨ We will officially open for regular business this Monday with limited hours throughout the week. (7:30a-3pm)
🎉 The soft opening celebration will now take place next weekend in our new space located at
1912 E. Main St, in Shockoe Bottom beside the Edgar Allen Poe Museum.

This space is already alive with energy, and I’m grateful for everyone who’s helped bless it so far. The grand vision is unfolding… and we’re almost there! 💪🏾 💚

Peace & love, family 💚

We just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. Thank you to everyone who supported, invested, shared, and encouraged us during our Honeycomb Credit crowdfunding campaign.

While we didn’t quite hit the full goal within the time frame, we did make progress—and that’s worth celebrating. Because even without reaching the finish line the way we imagined, we’re still moving forward… and we’re doing it with YOU right beside us.

Our new space is taking shape, and the anticipation is building every day. We feel it. We see it. And we’re expecting nothing but greatness to grow from here.

‼️FULL CIRCLE MOMENT‼️ (long caption alert;(

This past Friday, I pulled up to Highland Springs to check in on Mr. Keylon Mayo’s entrepreneurship class—the same Mr. Mayo who was my classmate back at VCU and now teaches the next generation of hustlers and creators. Not only is he guiding young minds, but he’s also an entrepreneur himself with his own line of ties— salute!

A month ago, I challenged his students to tap into their inner juicers. With new centrifugal juicers in the classroom and a little guidance from me, they broke into teams and created juice blends aimed at healing the community. The challenge? Research fruits and vegetables, understand their benefits, and make a juice that targets issues like high blood pressure, inflammation, and cholesterol. Then they had to pitch it—name, brand, benefits, and all.

Out of five dope presentations, two teams stood out: Clean Palate and Flow Juice. These winning creations will be sold at Juice Life RVA for a limited time, with a portion of proceeds going back to Highland Springs.

This is what legacy looks like. Real ones give back and lift others up.
