Open Window Scents Soap Kitchen We are Kentucky Proud Handcrafted Soaps made in the Appalachian Foothills of KY. Each bar is hand-cut and hand-wrapped. Inspired by Nature and made just for you.

We are a small family owned business and note we make no medical claims about our products. Handcrafted Soaps made in the Appalachian Foothills in Madison County, Kentucky. We use Coconut oil, Sustainable Palm oil and Olive oil. Made in small batches our soaps are hand cut and hand wrapped. We take great care to make sure we are giving you the best quality product at the best possible price.

The location for 2026 Madison County Farmers Market is changing.

Big News!

Through a collaborative effort with the City of Richmond and Madison County, the new home for the 2026 Madison County Farmers Market will be located downtown.

Vendors will be set up in the lot on North 1st Street, just behind Dreaming Creek Brewery (highlighted in yellow).
There are several areas designated for customer parking, which are highlighted in green.

This new location will allow us to host nearly double the number of vendors we've had in previous years, as well as significantly increase customer parking.

We will see you all in May! More to come! Stay tuned!!

Last day for setups untill Spring next year and the website will back up in a few days once i get a good inventory count. Thank you to all who came to see us this weekend!!! Gayla thank you for the puppy chow it was yummy as usual. Thank you Michler's Florist, Greenhouses, and Garden Design for hosting an absolutely amazing Christmas Market!!
Whew !! It’s been a whirlwind of a weekend. I hope y’all had as much fun as we did.

Great day at Michlers Christmas market! You guys go above and beyond. Tommy Rogers from Toyota stopped by so great to see him and his wife and granddaughter. 🫶 a great customer Kim Bobsin drove all the way from Louisville to see us. So nice to meet you 🫶. And many many many of regular customers🫶. I’m over the moon with your generosity and kindness. People buying enough soap to last them a year 😁! Anyway we appreciate you more than you know.!! Big thank you to Michler’s too, this Christmas Market they do is one of the best in the area. Oh and BTW if ya’ll didn’t know Michler’s has a Bakery now, next to Kentucky Native Café. Bread and Roses Bakery, and wow you have to stop in there soon. The pasteries, fresh bread, Christmas cookies. Come on and see for yourself ! The market is open tomorrow from 11:00-4:00
