Seeking multiple talent for upcoming CHOR project as follows:
Client: Children's Hospital of Richmond
Location: Richmond VA
Dates: 9/20 and 9/21 (We will confirm availability for talent of interest as production schedule evolves)
Rates: Min $500 per talent for half day (includes session and usage)
Usage: 1 year with option to rebuy at client’s discretion
Video Usage (1 x 30 and 2 x :15 cutdowns)
One year, paid/native digital usage.
One year, broadcast usage, Richmond-Petersburg DMA only.
One year, industrial usage, Richmond-Petersburg DMA only.
Stills Usage: (either Video pulls or taking talent aside for portraits)
One year, paid/native digital usage.

SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Client prefers a quick selftape if possible per specifications below. OR you can submit a headshot for consideration as well. Here are the details:
Headshots are ok, but if talent can put themselves on tape that would be great. Prompts below
Children: playing with a musical instrument (or ad lib), or blowing bubbles, or having fun jumping up and down
Teens: tape play basketball - taking some shots (as applicable above) OR simulate ringing bell after successful cancer treatment and showing emotions.
Adults: holding and/or soothing a child, or clapping (showing pride that their kid just graduated), or playing with child. Show variety of emotions to situations such as watching your child play an instrument, play a game, supporting a proud moment. A plus is to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY song to your younger child.
FOR SELF TAPES - Please slate with first and last name, role (per above), age of child (as appropriate), give 2 quick fun facts about yourself, and then go into the requested actions.
Send self tapes to [email protected] and include the NUMBER OF THE ROLE you are submitting for in the body of your email. Please only submit for 1 role with the understanding you may be considered for another role per client discretion. ALSO - be sure to ONLY submit 1 video file consolidating any multiple takes.
All submissions are due by 9 am on Monday, August 25th. Your materials should be labeled with your first and last name. If you need wiggle room, please let us know!
