EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in east
central Kentucky, Bath, Elliott, Estill, Fleming, Menifee,
Montgomery, Powell and Rowan. In northeast Kentucky, Johnson and
Martin. In south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski,
Rockcastle and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Breathitt,
Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher,
Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike and Wolfe.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms moving over the
same territory this afternoon and tonight will set the stage
for potential flash flooding.

Good Afternoon EKY. Im currently tracking some of those storms i was mention last night may occur, they are a little bit gusty, currently northeast and east of London, and to the southwest of London as well have Special Weather Statements attached, so be careful on the roads. These storms are still very scattered.

Good Morning EKY! Today's gonna be another muggy one! With a somewhat elevated chance of storms popping up around the region. Im calling a 60% Chance. But note, some areas may not even get anything. However, closer we get to the weekend, im going to watch more chances of showers and storms potentially become widespread across the region. Stay tuned and ill bring updates as I get them!

Good Wednesday Evening EKY! We're looking at alot of cloudy and gloomy skies across the region with temps in the mid 70s with some areas getting some storms but are leaving the area into Virginia currently, we have some activity up to our north around Maysville, and I expect it to stay up to our north. Overnight is going to be in the upper 60s with a chance of a spotty shower. For your Thursday, expect a 60% Chance of Rain and Storms in the morning then Mostly Cloudy conditions with that continued chance for a stray shower, high around 85. Stay tuned for more updates!

Good Saturday afternoon EKY. Look forward to another hot day with temps in the upper 90s with heat indices near 98. Can't rule out a little stray shower or thunderstorm in the evening, so bring the umbrella just incase!

Good Sunday Evening EKY!!! Look for a wet and rainy day tomorrow, but after tomorrow, a very nice rest of the week with temps rising into the 70s! No Severe Weather threat this week thankfully!

Good Evening Eastern Kentucky!!! It's going to be a very warm night tonight. Highs In the upper 60s, some areas may not even leave the 70s, temps will rise again after sunrise. Have a great night, also Red Flag Warning goes for the next few hours.
