Marie aids the Illume team with both personal and work-related tasks— from A-Z, it's all Marie. Located in the Midwest, Marie loves being with her family and pets. Jamie is DetailedPDX's Head of Marketing. She may be new to Detailed but she's a pro in the realm of business. Jamie has held management and leadership roles since her first job when she was 16! Equipped with a well-honed skillset and an infectious positivity, Jamie offers crucial core support for clients, manages dozens of social media accounts, and organizes and streamlines marketing for all of Detailed's clientele.

When she's not working hard for Detailed, Jamie's working hard in the kitchen, cooking, baking, and creating with food. She's a plant mom, a dog mom and a mom of twins plus one. She loves the sunset but she hates bugs. She's a woman of many complexities.

The Executive Support Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to DetailedPDX clients, ensuring their businesses run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. Executive Support Coordinators act as trusted partners to clients, managing their day-to-day administrative needs, streamlining processes, and optimizing productivity.

This position is client-facing, meaning success in this role depends on excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, tenacity, and the ability to anticipate client needs.
