In this unique program, you will work hands-on in a professional recording studio to write, arrange and record original music. Over the course of eight weeks participants will work as a production team with each individual contributing according to his/her area of talent. You will create professional sounding tr

acks and build powerful writing, arranging and recording skills in the process. Program leader Noah Manheimer (BA in Music, Simon’s Rock of Bard; MA in Music Composition, Goddard) owns and operates Enchanted Garden Productions. He has produced three original albums, The Hippo’s Dance, Enchanted Garden All Stars, and Fezcat. Noah has produced and/or recorded a wide variety of artists including Red Rooster (alternative roots rock), Deena Hastings (singer/songwriter), Alash (Tuvan Throat Singing), Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra (an orchestra), Howard Alden (jazz), and many more. Noah has led The Enchanted Garden's Rock Band Workshop for many years. He is a total nerd when it comes to the subject of writing, producing and recording music.

This is a program for artists, musicians, songwriters, producers and engineers of all levels. It is divided into three age groups: 10-12, teens, and adults. It is open to anyone who loves music and is hungry for inspiration, knowledge and skill.
