Who is already using crystals in their lives?
We are all energy and each crystal holds energy. Look at your crystals as tools to help support your energy. Blue tigers eye is for inner peace, clear communication, and emotional balance. If you close your eyes, center yourself with a couple of deep breaths and put a crystal in your non dominant energetic left hand then wait. How does that crystal make you feel?

When I hold it I feel calm, centered and like my throat isn’t as tight as it normally is. Everyone experiences the feeling of crystals differently so you may feel different than I do. Working with crystals makes the connection stronger. Practice. Practice. Practice.

If you still can’t feel the crystal then add a piece of clear quartz. Clear quartz amplifies the properties of the original crystal.

You can try this with any crystals available to you. Crystals hold energy so I recommend cleansing them with smoke, moonlight or Reiki energy before you use them.

My daughter Kyerra is still unable to return to work and continues to see specialist after specialist. One of her doctors recently told her that many people in her situation lose hope—but that her positive attitude is one of her greatest strengths and will carry her a long way.

Since November, she has endured:

💜 5 emergency room visits

She has appointments every day for the rest of this week as doctors continue searching for answers.
Kyerra has been diagnosed with Chiari malformation, but that's only one piece of what she's battling. She also struggles with an out-of-control heart rate, depression, anxiety, cavernous malformation that has shown bleeding, digestive issues, vomiting, dizziness, rashes, and many other debilitating symptoms. Her body does not absorb water like it should.
One doctor even told her that all of this was happening because she was "fat." That comment was not only hurtful but completely dismissed her medical history. These health issues actually began when she weighed just 95 pounds and was a cheerleader. Her current specialists were appalled by that experience and are working hard to find the real causes of her illness.
