The Grand Duke of Kyiv Destroyer series is a group of four ships using the same hull type with different armaments and roles. Built for speed and aggression, these four vessels are meant to defend the Kyiv system against what the Grand Duke feels is imminent Cascadian expansion.

The class series comprises four distinct sub-classes that each provide a different role within their assigned squadron. The battle destroyers, namely the Sea of Kyiv and Ukraine classes, form the core of a skip-strike formation while the Ihor Alferiev (a railgun destroyer) and Leonid Derkach (a missile destroyer) classes are specialist fire support destroyers.

Written and designed by Independence Games Starship Guru Michael Johnson (with fiction by the author) and art by fan-favorite artist Ian Stead, this book details all four ships of the Grand Duke of Kyiv Destroyer Series including their history, specifications, tactics, and deck plans. With this, you'll find short fiction written by the author as well.
