✨A milestone for River City Doula Services ✨
We’re honored to share that River City Doula Services is now working alongside TIPQC — the Tennessee Initiative for Perinatal Quality Care and is officially listed on their website as a community resource.
TIPQC is a statewide collaborative that works to improve pregnancy, birth, and postpartum outcomes across Tennessee. They partner with hospitals, providers, and community organizations to promote evidence-based care, safety, equity, and support for families — especially during some of the most vulnerable moments of pregnancy and postpartum.
By working together, TIPQC and River City Doula Services help bridge the gap between clinical care and community support. While TIPQC focuses on system-level quality improvement, we provide hands-on, compassionate, family-centered doula care — before birth, during birth, and in the postpartum period.
This partnership means:
• Families can more easily find trusted, local doula support
• Providers can connect clients to community-based care
• Our community gains stronger continuity of care beyond the hospital
