Big Top Brew, a new coffee shop in Ripon, Wisconsin, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The shop, owned by Katie Culver, offers a drive-thru, walk-up window, and outdoor seating. The grand opening was met with a warm response from the local community.

Ripon College women's basketball has been voted the #25 nationally ranked team on the Womens Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) D-III Coaches Poll!

One of the two major national ranking polls, this marks the first time this season the Red Hawks have been voted to the top 25, after receiving votes in previous polls this year.

Update: Due to the frigid temps forecast for tomorrow, Saturday, Dec. 13, the John Scott Horner chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution has decided to offer a moment of silence, a brief prayer, play Taps and get right to placing wreaths and won’t do any ceremony at Woodlawn, St. Patrick’s and Hillside cemeteries.
