I wanted to showcase one of my favorite fall sessions as we slip into the muted colors of winter. 🍁
My husband's cousin asked me to come do her engagement photos at their farm. I am obsessed with these... cows and all.
I don't do many engagements as I'm usually booked out for sports, but we made it happen!

Here are the 4th and 5th grade Dirt Road teams! Y'all better screenshot these names because they're going to have to be dealt.with. when they get to high school. Their skill level is improving by leaps and bounds. Watching them play is so fun.

19 months ago, I took the first shot for what would become FOXFX Photography. It was in our barn. We had moved enough seed bags and boxes to give me room to give it a whirl-- you can still see the dust amisdt the smoke. Adler didn't change out of his crocs and I think it was after bedtime-- I had just gotten the finishing piece to my rookie setup. It wasn't even basketball season.
Last night, ironically and unplanned, my first team shoot in our new (& still under construction!) studio was Adler's basketball team--grades 4th and 5th. It couldn't have been a better launch. I treasure each of their young faces and I was reminded with each snap why I started in the first place.
Boys, you give me reason 🙂

and Adler, as always, you give me purpose. 💙
