I spent the the afternoon with other Black Media Professionals at Empire Restaurant in Detroit. Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist and Governor Gretchen Whitmer recognized Black History Month by encouraging us to keep doing the work of sharing information throughout the State of Michigan.
Gina Wilson Steward says it was a good opportunity to network and meet other awesome people.
