If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and love being part of a fast-moving, community-focused team, we’d love to meet you. This role blends social media support, content creation, event/studio assistance, and hands-on tasks that keep our spaces running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:
🎥 Comfortable filming content and occasionally being on camera
📸 Excited to assist on shoots, prep sets, and help bring creative ideas to life
✨ Organized and reliable, from studio setup to light cleaning
🤳🏼 Familiar with social media trends and ready to help create engaging content
🤝 Able to jump in where needed, whether that’s helping on events, organizing gear, or supporting client projects
📅 Flexible to work weekends(not every weekend and usually 2-4 hours max)
🌱 Looking for a part-time role with room to grow quickly.

Pay is based on experience.

It’s like we are literally waiting for Jan 20th for TikTok & The Donald to give us all at least 3 more months of joy, happiness & clairvoyant algorithms.

But to be honest, the thing we DID NOT see coming?!? was basically kidnapped for being the cooler more productive younger sibling of TikTok, and for that we are devastated.

While all of this is obviously satire, it does always bring me back to the bigger questions… like, what ELSE should I be doing to market my business outside of a social media platform?

While we eagerly await the next TikTok twist, it’s time to explore creative ways to market your business beyond social media! 🌟 Don’t put all your eggs in one app—here’s a simple tip to get you started:

1️⃣ Set up your Google My Business profile! This helps potential customers find you easily and enhances your online visibility.

2️⃣ Email Marketing: Build a mailing list and send out regular newsletters with updates, promotions, and valuable content. It’s a direct line to your customers that allows for personalized communication. (DON’T FORGET: back up your email list regularly to a cloud based storage system.)

3️⃣ Networking Events: Attend local business events, trade shows, or community gatherings. Face-to-face interactions can foster strong relationships and create word-of-mouth referrals.

4️⃣ Content Marketing: Start a blog or create informative articles on your website. Share industry insights, tips, or how-to guides that establish your expertise and attract organic traffic to your site.

As we are slowing starting to get back into the swing of things in the new year, we didn’t want to get too far into 2025 without this to a highlight reel of baking up some sweet treats for our clients during the holiday season!

We loved getting to spread some holiday cheer to our favs, we still have a few we need to drop off in the new year but I couldn’t pass up the chance to celebrate all the tasty things Grace has been cooking up lately!
