Public announcement to clarify our tree planting efforts and funding to address some questions some folks have had.

We use an API called Sprout TheGoodAPI to track our sales and fund trees for reforestation efforts directly through Eden: People+Planet I apologize if we do not show up on Edens partnership portal. They don't track their programs like that any more from my knowledge but I will reach out to them directly.

We will change the wording of our tree planting posts to say direct partnership with TheGoodAPI who plants trees through our mutual nonprofit partner Eden:People+Planet

Our sales are tracked and then trees are funded directly from our API to Eden. You can see our professional dashboard here on where the trees are currently funded and how many we have planted since February 2024.

We in NO way want this to sound like a gimmick and are truly sad to hear this is how it has sounded to some. This is something we have done from our heart even before using the API integration on Shopify. The integration makes the funding seamless and direct for tracking and tax purposes.
