Are you a team player who loves to write and is interested in what’s happening in the community? We are looking for a news reporter part-time that could develop into full-time very quickly. Everyone in our office is like family and we want a dedicated person who doesn’t mind wearing different hats. Duties include attending governmental meetings and writing stories from those meetings as well as feature stories and learning how to design pages. You do not have to have experience if you can write and meet deadlines. This could turn into a news editor position for the right person. If interested send a message to [email protected].

The Crawford County Board of Commissioners will hold a Called Meeting on Wednesday September 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM. This meeting will take place at the Crawford County Government Complex, in the Administration Office Conference Room, and is for the purpose of discussing the T-SPLOST.
