Good morning, Happy Sunday, we would like to address a recent concern. When sending out final mock-ups, please ensure meticulous attention to detail as approvals at this stage will be binding for printing. Similarly, when reviewing the final list, please verify its accuracy, as human errors can occur, potentially leading to spelling mistakes or misinterpretation. If the list is accurate and the shirt contains errors, we take full responsibility; however, if both the list and shirt contain errors, the responsibility lies with your team. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate reprints at our expense when errors are attributed to customer oversight.
