The perfect poached egg. Im sure there are many methods, but this has been working for me lately. Crack the egg into equal amounts water+vinegar and let it rest for 10 minutes before boiling. 🥚 ✨

Every year we have a booth at our local rodeo. This year we decided to serve homemade ice cream inside a freshly picked cantaloupe. It was a hit. We’re all exhausted, but so much fun! 5 nights of rodeo in the books! ✨🇺🇸
