[5:07 AM Thursday]- It's a much colder morning across the region compared to Wednesday morning. Over the weekend, where we still have some snow in the forecast, mornings are slated to be even colder.

[12:00 PM Wednesday]- Breezy winds are back!! It won't get as windy as it was on Monday, but this also will not be the last day of breezy winds this week.

[12:35 PM Tuesday]- Cloudy skies continue the rest of Tuesday with winds remaining MUCH calmer than they were on Monday.

Gusty winds are still expected to return on Wednesday with rain and snow entering the forecast at the end of the week.

As expected, Monday featured strong wind gusts. On Tuesday, winds will not be nearly as strong, but wind gusts will pick up again through the rest of the work week.

The combination of the gusty winds and low relatively humidity will result in elevated fire danger across the region.

[12:28 PM Monday]- The winds we are experiencing Monday afternoon will blow you away!!

We will keep gusty winds through this afternoon before calming down overnight. While Monday will feature our strongest winds of the week, some breezy wind gusts remain possible over the next couple days across the region.

[5:52 AM Friday]- One word to describe the forecast for Halloween... GLOOMY.

Cloudy skies are expected throughout the day today with showers entering arriving this afternoon in the Northwoods. If you live closer to Highway 29 or Highway 10, you may get a quick shower while at any of those late night parties.

Another thing happened recently. The Sunrise 7 team got to try curling at the Wausau Curling Club. It’s harder than it looks, but I was able to get this rock pretty close to the middle from the other end!! 🥌🥌
