"Veronica is thrilled to be your Miss Upstate New York for America Strong 2026!
The Miss New York for America Strong Pageant is a wonderful opportunity to bring together and showcase Veronica’s interests and passions. She’s a lifelong fitness, fashion, and beauty aficionado, who’s committed to comprehensive mind and body wellness through conscious living, exercise, clean eating, self-care, rest, and strong supportive relationships with friends and family.
Veronica is Upstate New York born and raised, graduating from Skaneateles High School in 2018. She is a NYS licensed medical esthetician, helping people put their best selves forward every day with the confidence that comes with healthy, glowing skin. In order to take her career to the next level, Veronica will be continuing her education in nursing school next year. She plans to go into esthetic nursing, but is also interested in emergency and trauma response, burn care, and psychiatric nursing.
Veronica enjoys modeling (represented by TMT Agency) and is a fanatic gym girl! She loves working out and challenging her body in a variety of ways - Pilates, HIIT, yoga, cardio, weight training - you name it! At home, Veronica loves cooking and baking healthy foods, and researching and trying new ingredients and recipes. She loves being with friends and family, and time outside taking long walks and feeling nature all around her. A writer since childhood, Veronica now uses the craft in practical and artistic ways, as both a way to communicate her message and an expressive art form.
These are just some of the important and meaningful parts of Veronica’s life, but the one that must come before all the rest is her advocacy work for borderline personality disorder and su***de prevention. She is the author of the regular column, Beautiful, Powerful, Deserving, in Kelly Breuer’s Rochester Woman Online magazine, and founder of the blog Borderline Babe, launching fall of 2025. Veronica hopes Miss Upstate New York for America Strong 2026 will help spread her message of hope and wants to remind everyone that we are never alone.
Veronica is affiliated with the Upstate Foundation and the Psychiatry High Risk Program, and believes that advocating for borderline personality disorder awareness and su***de prevention is her life's mission. She has been personally affected by both, and chose her title, Miss Upstate NY to honor the staff of the Psychiatry High Risk Program at Upstate."
