Feels like I could blow up the WORLD

Ok - I contemplated on whether or not I should post this but if it means bringing awareness to someone else out there who is hard-headed like me then that’s what I want. My body has been telling me 2 things for the longest: 1.) I need a break and 2.) Something is not right and I need to seek professional medical help. I kept ignoring the signs and this morning everything just blew up in my face. I was so scared I might die or go into anaphylactic shock because I have not been able to breathe properly and kept assigning myself at home remedies thinking I knew best. There is no feeling in the world scarier to me than not being able to breathe!!! I’m being treated and feel much better so once my doctor okays my discharge, I’ll be back to the grind 🤣🤣 But PLEASE - listen to your bodies when they tell you something is off the first time! I’m so emotional right now learning what my body has been fighting this entire time without true medical intervention. I’m so thankful for my family & friends who care and show up when I need them 💝 If you’re not feeling well or are running yourself into the ground, this is your warning too‼️ Life is soooo short, take care of yourselves! 🫶🏽 We need you!!!
