🌲Be in nature frequently. It always guides you.

🎧Listen to music for your enjoyment. Let yourself fall in love and stay in love with music.

📝Write. Whenever you get your feelings and ideas out on paper, you feel better and think clearly.

😮‍💨Trust your energy flow. Don’t just push through. Your entire body is smarter than your brain alone.

🔇Take one day of the week to do nothing. You won't regret it.

🙏Think about all the people who told you your music helped them. Hold them in your heart. These are real people living real lives. Your work has value, even if you can't see it right now.
