Ambrose is a goofy little mischief-maker with a heart of gold and paws that never stop moving. Whether he's batting at toys or giving you a “high five” just to be silly - it’s all in a day's fun for this playful boy.

At 2 years old, Ambrose is full of personality and a healthy dose of rebellion. He’s a total lovebug with a curious side, and he is always ready to soak up attention. If you’re in the room, he wants to be part of the action - preferably at the center of it.

Ambrose is FIV positive, which sounds scarier than it is. With good care and a low-stress indoor life, FIV+ cats can live long, happy, completely normal lives. It’s not contagious to humans or dogs, and it’s only passed to other cats through deep bite wounds (which Ambrose isn’t interested in).

Ambrose is neutered, up to date on shots, and looking for a home that embraces his affectionate, attention-loving spirit.
He is a big fan of toys, exploration, and lighthearted chaos 🧡

📊 October Market Snapshot – York, Lancaster, Chester & Chesterfield Counties

Home prices held steady in October while inventory continued to rise, creating conditions that look much closer to a balanced market. New listings were up 16.6% YoY, inventory climbed 41.1% YoY, and buyers had more time and options with 3.6 months of supply available across the region.

As Colleen Coesens noted: “Buyers have more room to make thoughtful decisions, and sellers understand that competitive pricing and good presentation are key in this evolving market.”
