Mrs. Betty Kent, wife of Dean Kent, who lives behind me on Hayes Drive, died unexpectedly last night from an apparent heart attack. I spoke to Dean this morning and funeral arrangements are incomplete as he is waiting on his son to return from Hilton Head late this afternoon.

I will keep you posted and Lynn Neal is sending a neighborhood blast stating the above also.

Please keep Dean and Phillip in your prayers.

Hi, guys. Have any of you had any issues with AT&T fiber optic internet? I struggled with a strange issue for about 2 weeks that I think I finally figured out the solution to.

I had a very weak wifi signal on my Iphone 16e(the new model) even if it was right beside my router where the signal to my desktop was really good. Made no sense, so I took the phone back out to TMobile since it was only a 2-3 months old and they couldn't figure it out either. I fiddled around and could not figure out a solution until I did some searching on the ATT fiber optic site and finally I noticed something about an update to the AT&T fiber optic network. I ran that and it took a while so it wasn't until later the next day that my issue with the Iphone cleared up and is working fine now.

If you're having similar issues, or have not done that update with AT&T, I suggest that you search their site and do so before you run into a problem. One of those things that wasn't like Iphone or Windows when it checks for updates automatically.

Sorry I missed the picnic, I had a diverticulitis attack and didn't realize it until it had gotten pretty painful.

If any of you have seen our cat, Scar, the yellow one, please let us know. Haven't seen him since Sunday night which is extremely unusual. He wanders visiting his other cat friends, but it is rare when he's away for more than a few hours. He's wearing his collar with a name tag. Collar is a multi colored breakaway. He's also chipped.
