If you are buying a new home or you’re a first time homeowner, you should always be aware of where your emergency shut off valves are. You should also test your CO2 & smoke detectors!

One of the biggest fire hazards in a home is dryer lint catching on fire, be sure to clean your lint catch and dryer vent to reduce fire hazard.
