Breaking Generational Curses Academy Nonprofit 501c3 (BGCA) ASSISTS IN SAFE RETURN OF MISSING ROCKFORD TEEN

Rockford, Illinois — After days of concern, prayers, and community outreach, Breaking Generational Curses Academy (BGCA) is grateful to share that a missing Rockford teenager has been safely reunited with her family.

The young teen’s mother, who is deaf, spent countless days worried and searching for the return of her child. Through community awareness, networking, and the collective efforts of caring individuals and organizations, the teen was safely located and returned home.

This situation serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of community involvement and why organizations like BGCA continue to work tirelessly to protect, mentor, and support youth and families throughout our communities.

“Every child matters. Every family matters. When a community comes together, lives can be changed and children can be brought home safely.”

BGCA believes this successful outcome highlights the need for increased resources, partnerships, and support for youth-focused community organizations. Imagine how many more children could be reached, protected, and guided if more organizations had the funding and resources needed to serve families in crisis.

As BGCA continues its mission of Breaking Chains and Building Futures, we encourage community members, businesses, and local leaders to support youth programs, mentorship initiatives, family services, and safety awareness efforts that help keep our children safe.
