‼️POTENTIAL SEVERE WEATHER DAY: Friday ‼️ The Storm Prediction Center has -not- highlighted an official risk area for Friday, in fact they don’t even mention it, but they do talk about Saturday & Sunday as potential interests in the southern Plains. ⛈️ Regardless, I am closely watching Friday in the Iowa/Illinois/Wisconsin region for a potential storm chase target.

They aren’t a crystal ball. Happy Monday, everyone! I hope this message finds you all doing well!

I've got to say, it's been nice to recharge my emotional and mental batteries over the past nearly two weeks, but I do find myself oftentimes getting the itch to do a little forecasting and share some information with so many of you who've followed me in some manner over the years.

So, I've decided to create a new weather-focused page here on Facebook! It won't be ALL weather, there'll be plenty of pictures of the family, the dog, and some of our summer exploits. But, in reading the THOUSANDS of comments and messages you've sent me over the past several days, many have expressed a desire to continue to receive important severe weather information.

Well, even though I may no longer be able to communicate that information to you over the television, social media has become a very valuable vehicle to spread the important, accurate, and hype-free information you deserve!

So, I hope you'll give this page a follow! I don't have access to a fancy graphics system just yet, but will be working to establish sponsors with local businesses in order to cover the data fees that come along with such a setup.

In the meantime, I'm here for you! Please drop a comment or a message with any suggestions on what you'd like to see on this page.

I'll work to keep things updated here as often and as regularly as possible, in the same, no-hype manner you've come to expect over the past two decades!
