After 20 years as an entrepreneur + 3 years back in corporate, here’s what I know:

Awake to the fact that “grateful” and “done” can exist in the same body.

Awake to the fact that 40+ isn’t a deadline. It’s data. Building something of your own isn’t selfish. It’s strategic.

Yesterday I told you what I walked away from. Today I’ll show you what I’m building.

After 20 years running my own companies + 3 years inside corporate, here’s what I know women 35+ are actually asking for in beauty and business:

1. Pro-Aging > Anti-Aging
I’m done with products that treat laugh lines like flaws. Hormone shifts, sun spots, skin that’s lived; that’s not something to erase. That’s what we formulate for now. Beauty should meet us at 35, 45, 55… not drag us back to 25.

2. Strategy > Saturation
You don’t have to post 5x a day to have a brand. You need a clear message, a rhythm you can keep, and content that works while you’re living your life. 20 years of entrepreneurship taught me that. Corporate refined it.

3. Community > Competition
I’m not doing this solo. I’m bringing my team, and we’re building a longer table. Because at this stage, winning isn’t about being the only one. It’s about who you bring with you.

This isn’t a comeback story.
It’s a coming home.

20 years of entrepreneurship gave me grit. 3 years in corporate gave me clarity.

Clarity that I’m not here to spend the next 20 years earning vacation days. I’m here to create. To build in beauty. To lead my team toward work that actually matters to us.

At 35+, 45+, 55+...we know who we are. We’re just finally brave enough to choose it.

I’ve tried a lot of foaming cleansers that leave my face feeling tight, but this gel actually gets the sunscreen and oil off without stripping my combo skin. No fragrance, no sting, and it has ceramides + niacinamide + hyaluronic acid so my skin feels calm after I rinse. It’s just a really solid, no-drama cleanser I reach for every morning.

CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30
Love that this is a moisturizer and SPF in one — it cuts my routine down. It’s lightweight, sinks in fast, and doesn’t leave me greasy or pilled under makeup. There’s a tiny bit of white cast at first if I use a lot, but it blends out. My skin stays balanced all day and I don’t have to think about reapplying a separate sunscreen in the AM.
