Here is some research that I did about the importance of Mental Health Awareness. These are some stats that show the importance of seeking Therapy/Counseling when it gets to an unhealthy lifestyle. Getting help is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of strength. We can also be advocates and supporters for Friends and Family Members that we have around us in our lives. If someone that you know is showing signs that they need help be there for them in support. Make them feel as though they are safe and that they can lean on you when they feel weak or vulnerable. It take a lot for someone to acknowledge that they need help. Be there for them to support and Love them.
