A story of growth and hustle that started nine years ago: Celebrating Mike Sandoval’s Journey🏡💫
Back when we were just starting out, took a chance on us with a small home in Sacramento. He was one of our first clients, and since then, his trust and our partnership have flourished.
Then came a pivotal moment – Mike was chosen to list a beautiful luxury listing in Roseville. He leveraged our marketing team to help differentiate himself for his competitors. He called us after the meeting and wanted the “deluxe package” (twilight, drone and video content). The response was great and neighbors were calling him to represent the sale of their homes.
But Mike wasn’t done pushing boundaries. We encouraged him to get in front of the camera, and to everyone’s surprise (especially his own!), he turned out to be a natural. His business exploded💥. He was receiving private messages and referrals from his videos alone. Mike now adds an Agent Cameo to all of his videos and says, “It adds your face to your brand, and your business is your brand”. And since then, he’s never changed his marketing plan: videos, twilight photography and drone.
Today, Mike’s portfolio spans across Placer, El Dorado and Sacramento Counties, with multiple luxury properties showcased each year. We’ve grown alongside him, honing our skills as he expanded his vision and reach.
