Macy Sound Studios has merged into the Coastal Bend Music family and is now located in Rockport, Texas! Our new facility is a residential studio that sleeps eight, overlooks Aransas Bay and has all amenities including a heated pool. Same great gear as before. Stay tuned for updates and pictures-opening November 1, 2022... PS-I will still be in Colorado on a regular basis and am still available for projects up tjere!

Nothing like having a choice of two concert grand pianos at Macy Sound Studios/Mighty Fine Productions! A Yamaha C7 and a Kawai GS70-both 7’6” and both stunning. (oh, yeah, 4 different Hammond/Leslie setups and pairs of Fender Rhodes and Wurlitzer 200's, too...).

May is pretty rocking this month! Finished up posting the new Richie Furay Live at the Troubadour DVD, mixing a new record for German county artist Hermann Lammers Meyer, Vocals and overdubs for the Cowboy Dave Band record, more work with Scott Gray and Union Gray and mixing a new record for Brian Bourgault. Also starting a new project with Katie Glassman (Western Flyers) and Greg Schochet and winding up the month working with Steve Berlin from Los Lobos on a project he is producing for the Michelle Sarah Band. Macy Sound Studio is happy to announce that we have moved in to the Mighty Fine Productions facility. Colin Bricker and I will be collaborating on a new suite for me focused on overdubs and mixing, with tracking being done in the amazing live room at MFP. Come by and check us out!
