This is a $9 Angus London Broil. Seasoned with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. Then basted with herb butter (rosemary, sage, thyme). Bomb 🤤

Homemade beef jerky!!!

First I made a homemade spice rub. The spice rub:

Himalayan pink salt
White pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Ground habaneros
Ground jalapeños
Powdered mangos
Powdered Honeycrisp apples

The marinade:

Teriyaki sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Honey
Brown sugar
Spice rub from above

Marinated for 12 hours then into the dehydrator at 165° for 7 hours. Nailed it 👊🏻🔥🤤

Manager’s special at the supermarket today! For less than $20 I got a 16oz Black Angus ribeye and 2 petite Black Angus filet mignons. Amazing lunch for the wife and I for under $10 per person. Can’t beat that! A little salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and butter and we’re in taste bud heaven. 🥩🤤
