The best thing about travel is discovering the places and local legends you might otherwise miss. If you’re anywhere near the Jersey Shore this spring and summer - the LBI Pancake House is one of those hidden gems. In Ships Bottom NJ, this is the kind of place that becomes a lifelong favorite at first bite. Farm fresh eggs, bacon to die for, pancakes so fluffy they seem to float, fresh squeezed OJ, and so much more….. all served surfside in a shore town known for summer fun. It’s a “do not miss”!
