After being diagnosed in 2022, there were many days—and even more nights—I cried. I battled depression, feeling like damaged goods… like a burden to the people I love most.
But God had a different narrative.
He spoke through my husband and said, “You’ve been diagnosed with purpose. There’s purpose in the diagnosis.”
That shifted everything.
It’s been 4 years, and I can boldly declare—this is not unto death. This journey didn’t break me, it BUILT me. Being diagnosed created something new within me… a stronger, wiser, more intentional version of myself.
I’ve learned how to pivot. How to move differently. How to listen closely.
The greatest lesson? Understanding the language of my body. Learning what it needs, what it lacks, and what it’s asking for. Strength where there was weakness. Awareness where there was once confusion.
This journey placed me on a path of Natural Wellness—living holistically, aligning mind, body, and spirit.
What once felt like a setback became divine redirection.
I’m not a burden… I’m a testimony.
I’m not broken… I’m being refined.
I’m not defeated… I’m walking in purpose.
And I will continue to rise—on purpose, with purpose, for a purpose. 🧡
If you’re in a season where it feels heavy, I want you to know this: your diagnosis is not your destiny. There is still purpose on your life. There is still strength in you. And there is still more ahead of you. Keep going.
