A fresh introduction for those who don't know me professionally. I do need to update some of these success stories! The kids have been ON FIRE! - Kim ;)
Kim Pease has been in the Film and Entertainment Industry for over 35 years. During that time, she has not only cultivated a successful career and established herself as an industry leader but has also inspired and nurtured the careers of countless others, many of whom have gone on to achieve their own success, including working on Academy and Emmy Award-winning projects. She is an award-winning development coach, talent agent, casting director, and a highly sought-after, multi-published makeup artist. Over the years, Kim has cast, crewed, and collaborated with filmmakers on hundreds of local and national productions and has helped place thousands of actors in film and video projects. Her contributions have extended to serving on numerous boards and committees, including Women In Film Arkansas, NWA Fashion Week, Arkansas Movie Makers Organization, Fayetteville Film Fest (formerly Offshoot), Bentonville Film Festival, and other national talent organizations.
Kim began her journey in the industry as a makeup artist. Her first film projects included “Steel Magnolias” with Julia Roberts, Sally Field, and Dolly Parton. Additional early projects featured Chevy Chase, Paul Newman, Liam Neeson, James Spader, and others. She has also been a Featured Makeup Artist and Guest Judge for an “America’s Next Top Model” event and worked on outtakes for the “MTV Music Awards.” She continues her work as a professional makeup artist in film and fashion, earning numerous accolades and publications while collaborating with Academy Award and Grammy-winning artists. Kim is also the founder of Gobsmack’d Cosmetics, a professional cosmetics line designed for industry use, and co-leads a Makeup Artist Training and Apprenticeship Program with her former student and Official Oscar Certificate-winning Makeup Artist, Haley Coates Beaven.
Alumni of her program and talent from her agency, **FIA Worldwide Entertainment Agency**, have appeared in blockbuster films directed by Quentin Tarantino, Ron Howard, Clint Eastwood, and more, starring alongside Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan, Shailene Woodley, Naomi Watts, Jessica Biel, and Tom Hiddleston. Her actors frequently appear on hit TV shows like “The Walking Dead” and “This Is Us,” as well as in national and international ads for brands such as Dove, Clairol, Blue Cross, Snapchat, and Google. Her models have graced billboards across the country and walked runways at LA, NY, Dallas, and Atlanta Fashion Weeks, collaborated with prominent designers, & worked in campaigns for Fenty, Benefit Cosmetics, and Balenciaga, and have can be seen in publications including *Italian Vogue*, *Paper*, *Nylon*, and *Glamour*.
Her latest passion project is the newly established **Ozark Talent Bank (OTB)**, a community-based resource and training center supporting the Film, Fashion, and Entertainment Industry. The OTB offers a comprehensive range of services, including Casting, Crew & Support Services, Location Scouting, a Makeup Artist Team & Training Program, Nationally Awarded Talent Development & Educational Workshops (such as Acting and Modeling Classes), Major Market Placement Opportunities, Portfolio Development, Headshots, In-house Talent Agency & Management Company, Imaging/Branding Services, Actor Web and Reel Development, and Vocal Coaching. Recently, we have also partnered with Emmy Winning Content Creator Hale Media to establish an in-house Production Company, further enhancing the breadth of services available.
Kim continues to work full-time in the industry from Northwest Arkansas expanding into national markets. Her ultimate goal is to continue bringing meaningful opportunities to her community, foster industry growth with relevant information and training, and help filmmakers, actors, and models realize their dreams and visions—whether locally, regionally, or internationally.
