This review is especially pertinent if you've got kids coming home from school asking to watch "K-Pop Demon Hunters" and you're like.... "a demon what now?"

I explain the title, some of the cultural context, and give you a spoiler free run down on the movie's themes to help you decide if it's a fit for your family! But.... just so you know, I absolutely loved this movie, am a little bit obsessed (like the rest of the world) and do highly recommend it, but there's a good reason for it! Wanna play??? It's my movie trivia game show on 100.3 Real FM! If you haven't heard it before (it's on Wednesday nights), the game is four rounds: easy, medium, hard, and EXTREME. You get points for answering the character who said the movie quote, the movie that it's from, and extra points if you know the actor or actress. Each round levels up the points too. So far, no one has gotten zero and everyone has had fun!

To sign up, just comment below and I'll reach out! Worried about the questions? Not sure if you'll know any of the movies I quote? I try to tailor the questions to what you tell me you've watched, because not everyone has the same movie tastes.

The most amazing thing to me about attending a concert like this is seeing people praising Jesus as a body of Christ. What a gift it is so freely and openly congregate in Roger's, Arkansas at the WalMart Amp, giving glory to our God!

To no one's surprise, We the Kindgom, Zach Williams and TobyMac put on a phenomenal concert... So grateful I got to bring my mama as an early birthday present AND I got to meet some real fm listeners and hopefully some new ones too!

Also.... FUN FACT: TobyMac is a year older than my dad?!?! Toby is 60 YEARS OLD?!??!?!? gosh that shook me 😆 🤣 my mom is the one who told me.

Saw Marvel's Thunderbolts* movie on Sunday and posted my Reel Review yesterday! I hope you can tell by my big grin how I felt about it.

Very surprised by this movie and when was the last time marvel surprised us??

Introducing something very special on 100.3 Real FM! Starting TOMORROW on Wednesday night, I am hosting a new movie-trivia game show... "Who Said" with a special contestant: Josh.

Here's how it works:
*There are four rounds: easy, medium, hard, and EXTREME.
*In each round, the guest has the opportunity to guess who said (like the name suggests) the movie quote, the name of the movie, and for double the points you can name the actor.
*Each round, because of its increased difficulty, the guest can get more points. Double in medium, triple in hard, and quadruple in EXTREME. Yes... there is some math required....

Released my SPOILER FREE review of "A Minecraft Movie" yesterday and I am so curious to hear what you think!! I am sure this movie will divide some people. Some are gonna hate it and some are gonna love it. My sister and brother for example really enjoyed it. It made me chuckle a few times... it isn't the worst thing in theaters (snow white allegedly takes that trophy) but I do think it was potentially made by chatgpt 😆

The movie "Holland" was a disappointment but it got me thinking about "Dutch babies" and this certainly wasn't a disappointment.

My husband kept making the joke, "Didn't you already make a Dutch baby?" Our baby born in January this year is 4th generation Dutch American which is pretty cool in my opinion.

Last week, I released a SPOILER FREE review of the new Amazon Prime original film "Holland" and I was very disappointed. But I was not disappointed in this spoiler-filled conversation with my special guest: Josh Bishop!

Josh is third generation Dutch American and has lived most his life in Holland, Michigan. He is an author, poet, and happens to be my cousin-in-law, so obviously he was the first person I thought of to help me with this review! Together we unpacked the film's plot struggles, the twist ending, the protagonist, and more. It was such a fun conversation and I'd love to hear what you think too!

WOW! Yesterday was so much fun! I had the huge honor and privilege of metaphorically smacking the ship with a bottle as I had the very first show on the live @100.3realfm signal! You can tune in every night from 6pm to 10pm and a huge shout out and thank you to members of the Launch Team that made this possible.
